Exchanges & Returns

Returns and exchanges are both simple and easy. With this in mind, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to notify us that you wish to make a return for whatever reason. You will have a further 7 days to make the return for a full refund or exchange. Simple as that! Any refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

Our Policy

All items must be returned in an ‘unaltered condition’. Items should be tried on over underwear without removing the protective strips. The tags must be attached and the items need to show no signs of use or change to the original condition in order to protect your right to return.

Faulty Goods

If you receive goods that are faulty the same policies apply for exchanges & returns. You are entitled to a refund within the defined period for returns or for an exchange, at your request.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made via Payzone, which accepts all major credit and credit cards, or using PayPal. You will be debited at the time of order.

Payment Security

All transactions are made via Payzone and Paypal to ensure a completely secure end to end payment process.


All deliveries will be made 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and will take 3-5 days to arrive from the date of order. Please notify us if you would like to arrange a next business day delivery.
